Red Zone Protection System

The red zone protection system is constructed based on industrial machine vision technology and personnel behavior recognition algorithm, and carries out all-weather real-time monitoring of high-risk operation areas such as wellhead red zone through high-definition industrial camera equipment deployed in the well site. The system can automatically identify safety risks such as illegal intrusion, cross-border station, non-standard wearing of labor protection supplies, real-time output of alarm information and trigger sound and light warning; At the same time, it can connect the field electric control system with the drilling and workover intelligent control system to realize the safety protection actions such as equipment interlocking deceleration and automatic shutdown. The system replaces the traditional manual on-site monitoring, makes up for the blind area of manual duty, effectively avoids the risk of personal injury in the high-risk area of wellhead, and improves the safety management and control level of drilling and workover operation site.

Functional features：

• Real-time monitoring of red zone intrusion: delimit the electronic warning boundary for the high-risk area of the wellhead, identify the illegal entry, cross-border station, abnormal stay and other behaviors of personnel in real time, support the alarm of classified areas, and trigger the real-time sound and light warning.

• Identification of labor protection wearing compliance: automatically detect the wearing status of labor protection appliances such as safety helmets and work clothes of operators, accurately identify violations such as non-wearing and non-standard wearing, promptly remind rectification, and standardize on-site operation behavior.

• Safety interlocking linkage control: it can be connected with the field electric control system and the drilling and workover intelligent control system, and automatically link the draw-work to slow down and stop the equipment in case of high-risk intrusion, so as to realize active safety protection in the risk state.

• All-weather complex environment adaptation: It is optimized for the field conditions of the oilfield, and can adapt to strong light, weak light, day and night switching, dust, sand and other environments. The algorithm has strong anti-interference ability and meets the all-weather monitoring requirements of the well site.
