The TJF-AZ series comprehensive safety monitoring and remote transmission system for drilling and workover rigs is a new-generation intelligent comprehensive safety control system designed for drilling rigs, workover rigs, swabbing units, oil-skimmer trucks and similar equipment, available in a field version and an IoT remote-monitoring version. It monitors the parameters of all on-board equipment and performs safety warning and safety braking.
- Real-time, all-round monitoring of drilling/workover rig parameters, including but not limited to: block height, speed, hook load, weight-on-bit, standpipe pressure, rotary table torque, rotary table speed, tong torque, pump strokes, mud level, mud return, mud density, hydraulic oil quality/pressure/temperature of the hydraulic and disc-brake systems, air pressure, engine/motor speed, oil pressure, water temperature, fuel consumption, fuel level, battery endurance, inverter parameters, tilt angle, wind speed, mast safety lock-pin view, pneumatic support in-position signals, auxiliary brake water temperature/flow/pressure, air pressure, wireline kN·m, equipment running time, operating efficiency and other system parameters, as well as all limit settings.
- Safety warning (audible/visual) of all parameters, and diversified functions such as automatic control of disc brakes, auxiliary brakes and cylinders for deceleration and braking, emergency braking, anti-crown-strike and anti-string-drop (slack-off), soft landing, automatic memory, over-pressure relief, manual-brake judgment and automatic brake intervention.
- All parameters and functions are adjustable with password-protected access.
- All parameters can be transmitted remotely; the system provides various external interfaces for easy communication, linkage and safety interlocking with automated drilling and workover equipment.
