The depth/weight/anti-collision indicator is an intelligent measurement and control system designed for oil-skimming and swabbing operation vehicles. Adopting a reliable integrated crown-sheave length/weight assembly, a touchscreen/mechanical-key display controller and a brake valve assembly, it displays skimming/swabbing depth, speed, load and fluid level in real time, feeds back working status and alarm information, and records data. According to the settings it can perform a series of control actions such as up/down travel limit alarms, over-speed alarms, overload alarms, up/down limit braking, over-speed braking and overload braking. All parameters and functions are adjustable with password-protected access. The functions are extensible and can be easily integrated with automatic swabbing systems.
